Syntax

effect(which: string | number): MotionEffect

Name	Type	Description
`which`	`string \| number`	Its number (0 the first), name or kind

MotionEffect: the effect, to set, move, turn on and off; one that isn't there does nothing.

An effect that isn't there gives one whose index is -1, which does nothing; the console says so once.
