A Video layer's film (scene.video).

Syntax

Name	Type	Description
`time`property	`readonly number`	Where it is in its film, seconds.
`duration`property	`readonly number`	How long its film is, seconds (0 when the file doesn't say).
`playing`property	`readonly boolean`	Whether it's playing.
`rate`property	`readonly number`	Its speed (1 as it is, 0 held).

Signature	Description
`play(): void`method	Plays it.
`pause(): void`method	Holds it on its frame.
`seek(seconds: number): void`method	Goes to a place in the film.
`setRate(rate: number): void`method	Plays it faster or slower.
