Syntax
weatherAt(place: string | MotionPlace): MotionWeather | nullParameters

place | string | MotionPlace | The place, its "lat,lon" key or its name ("Tokyo" finds "Tokyo, Japan") |
Returns
MotionWeather | null: the weather there, or null until the desktop says (and for a place the scene doesn't name).
